    • Monday: 12 PM - 5 PM 

    • Tuesday to Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM  [Coming soon: 3 PM - 7 PM]

    • Saturday: 8 AM - 1 PM  [Coming soon: 3 PM - 7 PM]

    • Sunday: Closed

      Please note that these hours are subject to change on holidays or special occasions. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

  2. Product Quality: We take great pride in offering high-quality wellness products and services. If you are ever dissatisfied with a product purchased at our clinic, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

    • We do not provide refunds for services rendered, but we are committed to resolving any concerns or issues related to our services promptly.

  4. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee equivalent to 60% of the service cost will be charged if a client cancels within 24 hours or less of the scheduled service.

Package Validity: Crew and Passport Packages purchased at Anachronist Wellness Clinic are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-transferrable. After 365 days from the date of purchase, Crew and Passport Packages will be considered void, and any remaining sessions or benefits associated with the package will be forfeited.
