The Elite Wellness Membership is designed for clients who want to invest in both how their body feels and how their skin looks over the course of a year. This membership combines advanced skincare — including Hollywood Peels, customized facials, and targeted PRP or IPL + Hollywood treatments — with 12 ninety-minute customized therapy sessions to address pain, performance, circulation, and recovery. By pairing structural and neuromuscular work with deep skin rejuvenation, this annual program supports regeneration at the cellular level, helping you move better, recover faster, and maintain a more youthful, radiant appearance every time you return to Anachronist Wellness.
Quantity
Membership Type & Term
- This is a 12-month (annual) membership beginning on the date of purchase.
- Membership includes a set number of sessions (outlined per program).
- Membership renews automatically at the end of the term unless the member cancels prior to renewal (see “Cancellation & Renewal”)
Booking & Session Use
- Members may book sessions as needed throughout the year, based on availability.
- Sessions may be scheduled multiple times per month (if you have available sessions remaining).
- Sessions may also be redeemed at a minimum cadence of one (1) session per month, if the member prefers a monthly rhythm.
- Sessions are redeemed as therapy or skincare, based on the membership’s included session types.
Session Completion & Renewal
- Once all included sessions are used, members may renew (or purchase an additional package) to continue care.
- Unused sessions do not convert to cash value.
Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable
- Memberships are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
- Sessions cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person unless explicitly stated in a written exception by Anachronist Wellness
Scheduling, Late Arrivals, Cancellations
- A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
- Late arrivals may reduce session time to respect the schedule; the session will still be counted as redeemed.
Clinical Readiness & Safety
- Certain services may require a consultation, intake form, and clinical clearance prior to treatment.
- Some advanced services may require additional documentation or medical approval depending on the client’s history and contraindications.
- Results vary by individual. Services are provided to support wellness and appearance and are not a guarante of specific outcomes.
Treatment Selection & Substitutions
- Included services must be selected from the membership’s eligible menu.
- If a specific treatment is not appropriate based on clinical assessment, the team may recommend a safe alternative of equal session value within the membership category (therapy for therapy, skincare for skincare).
Pricing, Taxes, and Policy Changes
- Membership pricing is exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Anachronist Wellness may update policies with notice. Members will be informed of any material changes.
Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
- Members may cancel auto-renewal by submitting a written request prior to the renewal date.
- Cancelling auto-renewal does not change the membership’s non-refundable status during the active term.
