Session Use & Booking

Each program includes a fixed number of sessions as outlined in the selected option.

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed based on availability and clinical readiness.

Sessions are valid only within the program timeframe and must be used during the scheduled treatment window unless rescheduled per the policy below.
Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable

All programs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, shared, or assigned to another person unless approved in writing by Anachronist Wellness.
Travel & Rescheduling

Travel days are not included in program session counts.

Clients should allocate two (2) travel days (arrival and departure) in addition to treatment days.

If travel dates change, sessions may be rebooked on another available date subject to scheduling availability and operational capacity.
Clinical Assessment & Safe Substitutions

All services are subject to clinical assessment to ensure safety, suitability, and best outcomes.

If a selected treatment is not clinically appropriate, the team may recommend a safe alternative of equal session value within the same category (Therapy or Body Treatments).
